Put on your hiking boots and your backpack and let's explore! In AquaZoo Leeuwarden you can go on a voyage of discovery and learn all about the most special animals.
Walk along the beach with the penguins, wander through the area of the ring-tailed lemurs and come face to face with the tigers!
Various educational presentations are held every day, in which the zookeeper talks about the animals. Be surprised by many unique facts! Of course there is also room to ask your own questions.
Scattered throughout the park there are several playgrounds and adventure trails. Cross the swamp on a raft, jump from stone to stone over the water, or balance on a bridge of wooden poles to the other side. In the playground you will find a gigantic air trampoline, nest swing and much more fun play equipment.
There is a catering facility and terrace next to each playground, so that (grand)parents and supervisors can sit and relax.
Whatever the weather, there is always something to do in AquaZoo Leeuwarden. There are many outdoor locations, but also many indoor locations in the park. Your journey of discovery starts here!
